- Primary 4 have been busy working on their dance moves!
- We have been learning various ceilidh dances such as, Military Two Step, Canadian Barn Dance and the St Bernards Waltz.
- We weren't sure if we would like the dancing but we actually really enjoy it! :)
- At our Christmas party, we will be using our new dancing skills to boogie with Primary 5.

Our Musical Morning with Tommy
- This week with Tommy (our music motivator) we were learning to understand and write musical notes.
- He taught us about the beat and rhythm of music and we drew our own musical notes/symbols.
- We also learned new actions for the song we have been practising.
- We sometimes do something really fun called the funky chicken-ask us about it!
- We love when Tommy comes to work with us on a Friday. It's so fun!

- We have been learning about the Romans and have been working very hard.
- We have learned lots of interesting facts about the Romans and are working on our assembly where we will share some of our learning with you.
- We worked in groups to make these shields. It was quite tricky but we worked together and got there in the end.
- First, we had to make a plan for our shield and share our ideas. Next, we used our plan and then painted our design onto the cardboard. It was really fun and it was quite messy but we loved it. The real Roman name for a shield is a scutum.
- We have absolutely loved learning about the Romans!
